Gandhi Bharat Chhoro! Inspired from the slogan given by The Great Mahatma Gandhi himself, i.e. Angrejo Bharat Chhoro! While about 60 years back the word Gandhi epitomized almost all the human virtues e.g. simplicity, purity, truth, honesty and of course non-violence but it seems now it has come a full circle has lost all those meanings associated with it and has become a word which is being looked up on with suspicion as to whether the same holds true today. Because new Gandhis are not as par with the ‘original’ one! This era’s word Gandhi is fast becoming a symbol of corruption, anarchy, chaos and total mis-management in the country. So let the above “Gandhi Bharat Chhoro” be the slogan of the impending 2nd greatest revolution which needs be started soon to free this country of corruption and other political, bureaucratic and social ills! It's like coming full circle as far as the word, "Gandhi" is concerned! It’s time people who are not as great and virtuous as Mahatma Gandhi himself stopped using this word as their surnames and stop passing it to their offspring’s so that the sanctity of the word itself is maintained and rather reinstated. And for that we must say, “Gandhi Bharat Chhoro”!
