Fuzhou Airlines

Fuzhou Airlines is a planned airline company to be based at Fuzhou Changle International Airport, Fuzhou, Fujian Province, China. It will fly to both domestic and international destinations. The airline, which has not announced a launch date, will become a subsidiary of Hainan Airlines.
Fuzhou Airlines will be a joint venture between the Fuzhou provincial government and Hainan Airlines. It will receive a total investment of US$319 million, $159 million of which will be provided by Hainan Airlines. The Fuzhou provincial government will be represented by the Fuzhou National Assets Investment Holding Co., and will own a 20% share of the company. Hainan Airlines will own 60%, with two other companies that have not been identified each holding a 10% share.
The company will be launched after receiving approval from the Civil Aviation Administration of China.
Currently, the Fuzhou market is dominated by Xiamen Airlines which holds a 50% market share.
