Frankston Iced Tea

The Frankston Iced Tea is a highball containing Irish Whiskey, Bitters and a Lemonade base. In true Frankston fashion and spirit this drink was created to be flexible, while the traditional recipe is most common, there are several variations for when the Irish Whiskey runs out. All most any substitute is accepted unless its a cask of Fruity Lexia which should never be used and left hanging on the washing line for the inevitable game of Goon of Fortune.

History
This drink had originated far from Frankston and even Melbourne for fact, it was discovered in Clapham Common in London by a notable Frankston resident, Ben Goss. Mr Goss had created this at the bar 64th and Social in the attempt to give everyone a little taste of home, and from then on its been sweeping the cocktail scene by storm. The Frankston Iced Tea is now a iconic drink around the stunning Bayside community of Frankston, with most of the residents regularly enjoying the stunning tastes at every event and occasion. Its suited from every event due to its flexibility.
