Frankenshred is a heavy metal band based in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. Started in 1996 by Dr. Frankenshred, World War Spencer and Kelly Knight, the band has steadfastly grown into a well known band outside of Phoenix. In 1997, they released their first demo, which was self titled. In 2001, the band signed up with Diginet Music, a company led by David T. Chastain.
