One of the children of Genoveva Bravo Palma-Domingo and musician Domingo. Education He studied his primary and secondary education in Camiling, Tarlac. Determined and ambitious to continue his studies in Manila, he moved and stayed with first cousin, botanist and professor Aurelio Domingo. Domingo went on to the Far Eastern University, Quiapo, Manila, where he read history under historian Gregorio F. Zaide, and obtained his Associate in Arts degree. Military Career Teaching Career Personal Life He married Felicidad Cariaga Santos-Domingo of Santo Rosario, Nueva Ecija. The couple had sixteen children.
