Francis Morgan Sweeney

Frank Sweeney born November 13, 1969 in Green Bay, Wisconsin is an American businessman, entrepeneur, and technology executive.
In the early 1990s, Sweeney played a role on creating the first credit card authorization system for the Internet. Some speculate he was the actual architect. His early success led to other opportunities within the technology industry.
During his time with Andersen Consulting, Sweeney built a reputation of being a technology innovator and held an exception rating for (3) years. Sweeney eventually left Andersen Consulting to start a business process management company. Upon his departure, the company was estimated to be worth $20m.
In 2003, Sweeney started BPI, a consulting firm that outsourced technology professionals to places domestically. Sweeney attracted clients ranging from small businesses to major manufacturing companies including the United States Government. His home TEAM business model, led to expected sales of nearly $2.5 million in the first year of operations. The company was sold in 2006 for an undisclosed amount.
College Highlights
Sweeney is a former American Football Defensive End in the Mid-America Conference for Northern Illinois University (1989). He attended Marinette High School before receiving a NCAA Division I football scholarship and was an honorable mention NCAA Academic All-American.
Sweeney lettered in Football, Basketball, Track & Field. He started for the North Squad in the 1988 North-South Shrine Football All Star game.
