Early life
Francis was born in 1989 in Chinsali the only son of the deceased Maxwell Chanda. Francis faced poor academic grades throughout his entire high school. During his high school he loved making electronic dance music with FL Studio and alike, his interest in dance music began when he was just in kindergarten when he was about 9 years, his older cousin was so into electronic dance music and used to play it loud at home even in the middle of the night, not knowing that Francis is getting to like the tunes being produced in the dance world. At age 12 Francis started experimenting with beat making software’s like Cubase and FL Studio and was very much amazed with how he could mix tracks and build high powered staggering tunes, at the age of 15 he started developing a key interest in computer repairing and software maintenance he spent most of his time after school learning the computer and he is still doing it. Many of Francis family and friends used to bring gadgets to him for repair if they had software problems and shockingly he used to manage repairing them. Francis attended his high school at St Andrews High School in Ndola, Zambia upon completion of his high school Francis worked for Bic Zambia as a merchandiser, working under Pick'n'Pay. After working for several months with Bic, he letter moved to work with Pick'n'Pay at a new branch which was just opening Pick'n'Pay Z-mart Ndola.
Their he served as a sales floor packer more like a merchandiser for only 8 months, and after months of trails he was facing for expired products on the shelves, he left Pick'n'Pay. Francis also worked as a bar man at his aunts shop in Lusaka, he worked for two months as a bar man, one time as he was on duty he was found drunk and failed to balance up the money and failed to appear at work the following day, due to the hangover he had, Francis was asked after the following day if he would continue working or quit but he shockingly decided to quit working at the bar and was later back in Ndola were now everything started now to unwrap slowly but surely.
Career
After months of no job though at some point he was offered he shockingly denied the offers working at SGC and other companies because he knew he was greater than the job offers he was offered. In early June 2015 Francis started having big dreams of entrepreneurship, big dreams to start his own thing and not one of those things as being just the boss but to help create Jobs and empower other Zambian entrepreneurs that they too can make a difference in everything they engage in with or without funds. Francis started his first company in 2015 with only literary $30 he was armed with determination, focus, persistence and most of all with God and he still is. His Journey wasn't easy and quite challenging he received numerous negativity from both some of his family and buddies but that didn't hinder him to quit what he started but rather made him more impenetrable.
His interest in Internet Marketing started developing such that it brought to the formation of his company Avancha Media an Internet Marketing Agency but in-spite of the challenges he faced he still stood his ground and stayed focused on his passionate dream business, as time passed he downloaded lots of internet marketing video tutorials from alike channels like YouTube and started to formulate his mindset that would soon see him making his way to the top ranks of the Internet Marketing industry. Francis attributes his success to the fact that he’s believed for a long time that anything is possible in Life only if you are determined and focused. Francis's Passion to start a Digital Marketing Agency contributed to his belief that he could succeed at changing the way marketing agencies market in Zambia by introducing high-tech advertising through internet portal.
Avancha Media Formation
In June 2015 his company Avancha Media was founded with him being the only employee he was still determined he walked all the streets of Ndola and some of Kitwe and he literary sent lots of emails to small and large companies including airports and hotels about his services but to no avail there was total silence from any everyday seemed to be like any other day with no clients on board months and months of struggle was like a share waste of time such that sometimes he thought it wasn't worth working for, but all in all he still realized that entrepreneurship is not a one day thing but rather an ongoing thing that takes many months and years to mature and develop. It wasn't long after the launch of Avancha Media things never went according and the company was not successful but that never brought Francis to a standstill he later thought of an alternative from marketing he thought of starting an online shopping and auction website like eBay, Alibaba and Konga.
TradeFlext Formation
