While at Worcester Academy he was well known throughout campus. Fouad was an A student and was very engaging in the classroom. He started at the school at the age of 11, which he entered the middle school at grade 6. He had won several awards while at being a student at Worcester Academy.
Worcester Academy Football
Fouad started playing football at Worcester Academy as a freshman. He started every game on the JV squad. Going into sophomore year, he broke his ankle before preseason started, so he missed his first year playing varsity football. Going into junior year, the Worcester Academy team got a whole new coaching staff, which was a huge transition for the team. Fouad started 2 games as a junior playing DT. He was determined to become better so he worked extremely hard in the offseason. Before the spring of 2009 came, the Worcester Academy team selected him as a captain along with Steven Buduo (playing football at Bowdoin). As a captain, he took his leadership to a whole new level and became determined to have an extremely successful season. He played defensive tackle and nose-guard during his senior season. Fouad's weight was 260 lbs and his height was 5'11". He led the line with several tackles and was a great run-blocker. Coach Dykeman had developed him into a successful player who is going to a division III college to play football. He is attending Salve Regina University in the fall of 2010 where he hopes to see some playing time as a freshman. There are three new captains for the 2010 football season they will have an extremely successful season. The new captains are Sam Butler, Jack Donovan, and Nick Greenhalgh. They are determined to beat there rivals Exeter Academy, who is a dirty team and a team that no team should respect for. Fouad was a great player at Worcester Academy and will be remember for years to come.
