Fossil Hill Middle School is a middle school in Northeast Fort Worth, Texas. Located in northeast portion of Tarrant County, it is one of five middle schools in the Keller Independent School District. It is currently a TEA "Recognized" campus. Beginnings and Info Fossil Hill Middle School opened in 1987. As of 2012, its current enrollment is approximately +1,200 students. Most students who attend Fossil Hill go to Fossil Ridge High School when they matriculate to 9th grade, but some attend Timber Creek High School. Extracurricular Organizations Apart from its academic classes, electives at FHMS include a choir and band program, art, journalism, creative writing, and technology courses. Sports at FHMS include football, volleyball, basketball, tennis and soccer. Other programs include a chess club, a book club, and a Christian social club. Other programs include a Junior Historians of Texas club, National Junior Honor Society, and Red River Rangers (A historical re-enactment club) and PALS. Notable Students Debby Ryan - An Actress, known for her role Suite Life On Deck.
