Force pull is a power used by Jedi and Sith in George Lucas's fictional Star Wars universe. It allows a character to pull items (or enemies) toward him or her. It is often used to retrieve lightsabers . Force Pull is a basic power, and requires little training.
The phrase '"Force Pull" was first used in the video game Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II.
Uses *In The Phantom Menace when Obi-Wan jumps, he pulls Qui-Gonn's lightsaber towards him and cuts Darth Maul in half at the waist, killing him.
*In Attack of the Clones after Obi Wan loses his saber, he tries to grab it, but Jango Fett ties up his hands and drags him off.
*In Revenge of the Sith when Obi-Wan kicks Anakin, he uses the Force pull to retrieve his saber and attempts to use it to strike the killing blow. However, Anakin pulls his saber to protect himself at the last second.
*In The Empire Strikes Back, Luke uses force pull to grab his lightsaber and cut himself down from the ceiling of the wampa cave.
*In Return of the Jedi, after Darth Vader throws his saber, he pulls it back to his hands after Luke slides out of sight.
