Flustrated

Flustrated is the state of simultaneously feeling flustered and frustrated. Can also be defined as being "frustrated to the point of being flustered, or vice versa."
Flustrated is a hybrid word of the terms flustered and frustrated, similar to the derivation of the word truthiness. The word was born in America in the early 1900's, and has since grown in popularity, especially in the first decade of the twenty-first century.
Origins
The first appearances of the word flustrated are believed to have been in the southern United States in the early 1900's. The word is often misconstrued as a mispronunciation of the word frustrated. It has since been confirmed that the reaction of being flustered and aggravated due to being the direct and/or indirect victim of extreme acts of ignorance.
Since the mid 1900's the word flustrated has grown in popularity in southern cultures, however the word has been heard as far north as the northern Midwest.
