Flight pooling

Flight Pooling is another form of jetpooling or jet sharing in which even bigger commercial jets such as Airbus and Boeing can be booked by a group of travelers to share its cost. Flight Pooling is used on-demand from DOT/FAA approved operators in Part 135 carrier category.
Flight Pool or Jet Pooling gained momentum after the Obama Administration slammed Detroit's top 3 auto CEOs for rushing to Washington in their private jets individually, all for a bailout. The administration questioned CEOs asking them to flight pool.
Flight Pool is initiated by an individual traveler flying business class to check for other business class fliers matching each others flying requirements. Travelers can then flight pool a private jet or aircraft instead of a commercial flight and fly in a private environment at one's time convenience.
Recent development of Swine Flu virus has increased demand for flight pooling as travelers find it risky to travel commercial airlines.
