Fight Night Mannheim

Fight Night Mannheim is a martial Arts Event organized in Mannheim (Germany) and was held since 2006 for four times. Fights are held under WMC Full Muay Thai Rules and K1 Rules. Governing Body is the Muay Thai Bund Deutschland (MTBD/WMC) and the International Kickboxing Federation (IKBF). The Event ist organized by the Thai-Bombs Mannheim e.V. and the TBM Sportagentur.
Fight Night Mannheim - History
The First Fight Night Mannheim was held on September 1. 2006 consisting of a 4 men heavyweight K1 tournament and Superfights. About 2300 Visitors attendet this Event. The second Fight Night Mannheim was held on January the 27. 2007. Mainevent was an 8 men Tournament in the Weightclass 72,5 Kg. About 1800 Visitors were at the Show. In 2007 the third Fight Night Mannheim was an open Air Event held in the "Messplatz Arena" in Mannheim Neckarstadt. The Event was part of the 400 Years Birthday celebration of Mannheim City. The Event was sold out with 1000 Visitors. Once again a four men heavyweight tournament which was won by was the Core of the Event. The Fourth Fight Night Mannheim was held on September 25. in 2010. After a Break of three Years the Fight Night Mannheim came back with a bang. In the new Venue, the MWS Halle, About 1800 Spectators witnessed James Phillips and becoming European Champions. This was the fist time the MWS Halle was sold out.
Fight Night Mannheim Organizing Team
Fight Night Mannheim is a cooperation between the Thai-Bombs Mannheim e.V.,one of germany´s most successful muay thai clubs, and the TBM Sportagentur. Under this Umbrella not only the Fight Night Mannheim events are organized, but although Newcomer Events like the "Rookiefights Mannheim" and the "Fight Club Mannheim". In 2008 the Team organized the german amateur Muay Thai Championchips in the MWS Halle.
