The Festival du nord de la culture urbaine (Festival of Northern Urban Culture), commonly called festival2nord is a festival of urban music as organized competitive in Larache, Morocco. It allows young ensembles to be known by a wider public through the competition. The Festival2Nord is also one of the main events in northern Morocco. History Created in 2009 by Hisham DRAIDI (aka M-Master) and held under the supervision of the association ASSADAKA, this event was conceived originally as a springboard to spend the better training of its class. The concerts are today the best way for groups of Moroccan music underground to be known by an ever more present and responsive, to be welcomed and supported by national and international media. Programming The programming includes competing groups but also groups of young guests who have participated in previous editions of trampolines and other festivals and large national training which will contribute to the development of this young Moroccan scene through meetings and workshops Organization The festival lasts 3 days: * Break Dance * Rap * Beatmaker Each day runs from morning till night: - Day 1 Afternoon 1st round platform: runs the youth center Arrachid Larache competition of the three categories. - Day 2 Afternoon 2nd Round springboard: takes place at home young Arrachid Larache competition of the three categories. - Day 3 Afternoon 3rd Round springboard: takes place at home young Arrachid Larache competition of the three categories. Evening: Group Show Guests Places Previously, the concerts took place in the hall of the Youth Arrachid and final at a Cinema Avenida. But after this edition, the concerts will take place in specially designed spaces: * The Stadium Al Baladi * City Center (Outdoors) * the Cinema.
