Felipe Medeiros, also known by his nickname Snipes, (born March 05, 1981) is a founding member of, and creative director at Cappen. He attended at ESM University(Escola Superior de Marketing) in Recife, Pernambuco, receiving a Bachelor's degree in advertising in 2006. The same year, he was hired to relocate to California and work with the advertising agency The Marcom Group. He has done creative development for a number of other leading entertainment companies, such as Coca Cola, Burguer King, General Motor, Fiat, Vivo, Claro and others.
