Feast of the Vampires http://www.feastofthevampires.net/ Feast of the Vampires is a lo-fi VHS style horror/comedy film from Sign Me Up! Productions. It was written and directed by newcomer Jay Burleson. The film premiered at the Southern Shorts Film Festival in Athens, Al in October 2009, and won the audience choice award for best film. Burleson describes the film as being made out of love for 80's films such as Fright Night and The Monster Squad. The opening scene is a spoof of films featured on Turner Classic Movies and their host Robert Osborne The film is slated to be released straight to DVD on February 9th of 2010. Music Feast of the Vampires features music by Lane Hughes , star of the film Pop Skull ,the punk bands The Queers and Unko Atama, as well as independent artists Jax Deluca and Zach Harding.
