Introduction Faizan Aslam Soofi is a Pakistani writer, and is known for publishing at an early age. Soofi began writing short stories when he was eight years old. Some of these stories were published in English daily newspapers in Pakistan. His first publication was the novella The Howl, which he began writing at the age of nine. Soofi subsequently published Instrumental Queens in 2015. remarked that Soofi "set a target for the entire generation."<ref name=tvi /> Early Career Soofi first began writing short stories and poems that were published in the English Daily newspapers in the Daily Dawn. A lot of his unpublished works received great encouragement from his family and friends, which led to 'Howl'. All this work began when he was somewhere in grade three. He was an avid reader and many of his books inspired him to write. His first book, 'Howl', came out in January, and obviously, it was almost unbelievable for everyone. His works have been praised by many.
