FacultyRow

FacultyRow was originally developed in 2009 for outstanding educators and researchers to connect, collaborate, and share ideas globally. FacultyRow is a professional and expert network of academics from most major universities in the United States and the United Kingdom. FacultyRow provides online forums connecting expert academics through text and video chats. The network's principle mission is to help accomplished academics improve their personal brand and digital presence.
FacultyRow members are Fulbright Scholars, TED Speakers, and also carry FacultyRow distinctions such as Academic Diplomats and Super Professors. These include faculty from from Cambridge, Harvard, Oxford, Princeton, Stanford, and Yale Universities.

On Wednesday July 29th, 2012 FacultyRow created it's first ever Expert Crowdsource Forum. This crowdsource solution was started as an initiative to provide insight on the role of technology changing and reshaping academia.
On Wednesday Nov. 14th, 2012, FacultyRow created its first ever Expert Crowdsource Forum. The first forum focused on the Hurricane Sandy disaster. FacultyRow invited Distinguished Faculty and Super Professors from a variety of disciplines to particiapte. The core mission was to help the world understand the challenges posed by Sandy, how to mitigate risk and potentially avoid such damage going forward, provide insight and expectations for Sandy's aftermath, and formally propose solutions for future disasters of this kind.
