Extraterrestrism

Extraterrestrism, also known as Extraterrestrialism and Alienism, is a UFO religion and a new religious movement, which views extraterrestrials, specifically extraterrestrial intelligences, as deities, and views them as identical with divinity. Outside of Extraterrestrism, aliens are often portrayed as "godlike" entities, which is exactly how they are viewed in Extraterrestrism, portrayed as super advanced and ahead of humanity.
Overlapping with other religions
Extraterrestrism is a vague term, which ignores labels and classification which isolates itself away from Extraterrestrism, so any religion and belief which views aliens as deities, falls under the term. So overlapping with other religions which have the same belief is a thing: Some specifically believe and worship alien deities from other religions as a part of Extraterrestrism. A form of Extraterrestrism is where it claims that throughout history some alien deities have been mistaken and introduced into other religions as their own alien deity.
The earliest recorded assertion of extraterrestrial life is found in ancient scriptures of Jainism. There are multiple "worlds" mentioned in Jain scriptures that support life. These include Bharat Kshetra, Mahavideh Kshetra, Airavat Kshetra, Hari kshetra, etc.
