An executive response team is a group of people in large companies who help in responding to the questions raised by or to the chief executive officer. This group is usually not advertised but they do respond in place of the CEO directly responding. The responsibilities of this team may include: *Working as a client advocate representing the company's executives *Managing callbacks and executive office and legal issue correspondence *Ensuring client satisfaction with quality of service and product *Providing resolution to escalations/complaints submitted to the executive team *Moderating social media to provide positive image of the company *Providing trending analytics and reporting of escalated complaints across the company |
