Ex and the City

Ex and the City is the second season finale of the HBO television series Sex and the City. It originally aired on October 3 1999. Carrie freaks out when Big tells her he's engaged. Miranda sleeps with Steve for the first time after their breakup. Charlotte tries to overcome her fear of horseback riding. Samantha dates a guy (Jon Enos) who's too well-endowed. Whilst out for cocktails with the other three girls, Carrie realises that her relationship with Mr Big is like that of Katy and Hubble in The Way We Were. In a final scene, she sees Big with his new girlfriend and re-enacts the final scene from the film, in which Carrie states "Your girl is lovely, Hubble". When Carrie says this to Big, he replies "I don't get it," Carrie smiles and adds "You never did" walking away to the theme music from the film.
