EverlyWell’s tests are centered on, women’s health, sexual health, thyroid, metabolism, food sensitivity, men’s health and breast milk DHA testing History The company was founded by current CEO, Julia Taylor Cheek in 2015. She is a former multiple World Champion equestrian. In 2016, the company headquarters were moved to Austin.Lori Greiner offered the company a $1 million line of credit at 8% interest rate for a 5% equity stake which made it the largest deal for a female entrepreneur on Shark Tank. Following Cheek’s appearance on the show, Everlywell’s sales doubled overnightt. In the same year, EverlyWell partnered with Helix; a personal genomics company to launch three DNA-based products which take in account the DNA to yield personalized information about food sensitivity, metabolism and breast milk DHA.After their $2.5 million angel and seed round, Everywell raised $2 million in a round led by Next Gen Venture Partners with Jack Novak, SoGal Ventures, Full Tilt Capital. In May, 2018, Joshua Stanley, was named the first CFO of the company
