Euroscope is a Windows-based software application that simulates an Air Traffic Control screen for use on the VATSIM network. It allows the user to mimic the duties of a real-world air traffic controller, and is one of four controller clients approved for use on the network, alongside ASRC, Virtual Radar Client and SPARC (Simulated Precision Approach Radar Client). Description Euroscope sends and receives data in real time to the VATSIM servers which allows users to provide the functions of ATC. It contains several features new to VATSIM controller clients, including the ability to automatically assign SIDs and STARs to aircraft filing a correct flightplan, and the ability to set up complex arrival and departure lists. |
