Ethan Conrad

Ethan Conrad (born September 2, 1965) is an American commercial real estate landlord, developer, and broker known as the founder and CEO of Ethan Conrad Properties, Inc. located in Sacramento, CA.
Early life and education
Born in San Francisco, Ethan graduated from Healdsburg High School in 1983. He also graduated from California State University, Sacramento in 1989 with a degree in Business Administration.
Career
Ethan began his commercial real estate career in 1989 as a broker at Bishop Hawk where he focused on industrial properties.
In 1995, he founded his company "Ethan Conrad Properties, Inc." and by 2007, ECP owned over 35 commercial properties in the Greater Sacramento Area.
Today, Ethan owns and manages over 145 commercial properties with over 250 buildings, over 1,400 tenants, and over 7,500,000 square feet throughout the Greater Sacramento Area and Central Valley with a value of over $1B. In addition, the company currently has over 125 employees.
