Introduction ESWIKI --Also known as "The IRC documentation wiki" is a free documentation wiki running the MediaWiki software. It documents IRC-related software such as Anope, UnrealIRCd (Mirrored), BOPM, and general IRC history; About ESWiki started out at the beginning of September 2008 to provide an alternative way of showing IRC-related documents inspired by and MediaWiki. Previously it began as a small script written in PHP which displayed pieces of documentation for Anope and UnrealIRCd. It then expanded to collect other IRC-related documentation when the wiki began. EScriptIRC also archives free (as in beer) Open source software that is partially related to the documentation on the wiki. Most of the documentation is written on the wiki, but as for UnrealIRCd section, it is HTML files mirrored from the official resting place. |
