Eric Skys

Eric Skys is one of several aliases of a Pennsylvania man suspected and currently being held on Federal charges of fraud.

Fraud Charges
Skys, apprently operating under the names Eric Ashley Lemon, Eric Smith or Eric Lemon, claimed to be worth $188 million when he was charged by the FBI on suspicion of trying to defraud banks out of millions of dollars, claiming his company owned 13.4 million shares of Sprint. Federal documents claim that Skys gave the banks fabricated documents, including forged signatures on contracts allegedly from Sprint management, forged emails and SEC filings.

Skys is charged with securities fraud, wire fraud and bank fraud.

Alleged Early Life and Career
Skys was born in Mainz, Germany to an American mother and German father. He was raised there by his grandfather, who instilled in him, from early childhood, that learning and understanding were imperative to a successful individual. He would read in the family library and listen to radio programs. This proved beneficial, as IQ tests have ranked Skys at the 183 level. At the young age of 10, Skys received his first computer, and fascinated by how it and Internet worked, Skys taught himself how to be a hacker. He has since gone by the handle The Kaiser.

At the age of 13, Skys came to the United States to live with his American mother. He continued with his studies of computer systems and the Internet, mostly working with Artificial Intelligence and security. At age 16 he opened his first company 'Virtual Active Systems'. VAS was started to offer video games and web design. VAS was successful and gave Skys the experience needed for owning a business. VAS ended when Skys decided it was appropriate to further his career.

At age 17 he received his first corporate job with Bulltek LTD. He climbed the ranks within a few short years, becoming the Director of Corporate Security Intelligence Operations and the Chief Technical Officer. Skys was responsible for the technical and physical security of all aspects of Bulltek LTD. He created C.H.I.P. (Computer Hackers Intelligence Program), an anti-hacker countermeasure program that utilized Artificial Intelligence. This program was used in house at Bulltek LTD to secure all forms of the Corporations IT network.

Through Bulltek LTD, Skys also found himself needing clearance through the United States Marine Corps. He was trained at Camp Pendleton where he learned special operations tactics, enabling him to understand the needs of the soldier so that he could move on to designing and building weapons for the United States government.

In 2003 Eric met his wife, left Bulltek LTD, and moved to Pennsylvania. In 2006 he purchased an anti virus company, BACKSPACE2 Corporation. BACKSPACE2 Corporation exists to help the average computer user to better secure their network. The flagship product of the company is Aedan, an Artificial Intelligence powered antivirus software program. It is a privately held company with 100% of its shares owned by Kaiser Himmel Corporation.

Kaiser Himmel Corporation was established in 1952 and was acquired in 2006 by Skys. Kaiser Himmel Corporation specializes in purchasing technology companies that are in underdeveloped areas and are at risk of failure because of this. Currently, Kaiser Himmel owns a majority interest in several companies with various global locations. Recent business dealings have included Imperiali Inc.

Currently Skys is working on his next project, 'DEAD FACTOR', a video game he plans to put out for the Playstation3.
