Eric AH-Yuen

Eric AH-Yuen (born September 15, 1971) is a Professional Golf Strength and Conditioning Coach, master Athletic Trainer and sixth-degree black belt Master Tae Kwon Do instructor.
Biography
AH-Yuen was born and raised in the Republic of Mauritius, a small island off the east coast off South Africa in the Indian Ocean to parents Phillipe and Rosemary AH-Yuen and is the youngest of 8 siblings (5 Sisters and 2 Brothers). He began martial arts training with his father at the age of four until the age of eleven when he switched to Tae Kwon Do. At age 13, Eric immigrated to Canada with his parents to pursue his education and search for a better life.
Education was very important in the AH-Yuen household and after graduating with a B.A in Communications, English and French from the University of Ottawa at only the age of 20, AH-Yuen founded the Winning Circle Martial Arts and Wellness Center in Kanata, Ontario in 1992. The centre focuses on top level Sport Specific Strength and Conditioning and Martial Arts training for Professional and Olympic Athletes. With some of his clients and staff, Eric has also founded a charity foundation called "LET'S PLAY", an organization operating under the main programming principle of helping underprivileged kids get involved into organized sports and activities.
Training
Eric AH-Yuen is also a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the National Team and also coaches some Olympic and Professional athletes. In 2008 he followed his other passion for Golf and became a certified golf teaching professional through the United States Golf Teachers Federationin Florida. He continued his education in Golf Bio Mechanics and became certified through Titleist Performance Institute TPI(www.mytpi.com) where he is an approved fitness professional. He also holds certification in the Functional Movement Screen(www.functionalmovement.com) with world renowned trainer Mr. Gray Cook and is certified through the C.H.E.K Institute.(www.chekinstitute.com) In 2009, he opened and created a new division in his company, Kinematix Golf Performance to assist amateur golfers in training like the pros.
AH-Yuen currently resides in Ottawa, Ontario, Canadaand currently trains and travels all over the Globe for seminars, training and motivational speaking.
