ePartner Consulting Ltd (commonly referred to/stylised as ePC) is an independent value-added reseller and software development company based in Lightwater, England. It specialises in design, build and management of automatic identification and data capture and business process management solutions.
History
2004-present: Automatic identification and data capture
The company was founded in 2004 to support Cardiff Software solutions including TeleForm and LiquidOffice following their acquisition by Verity in 2004.
In 2005, Verity was sold to Autonomy for $500m.
Six years later, Hewlett-Packard Inc. (HP) agreed a deal to buy Autonomy for £7.1bn.
In 2016, OpenText acquired TeleForm, LiquidOffice and other customer experience software and services assets from HP Inc. (NYSE: HPQ) for $315 million.
ePartner Consulting Ltd has been a value-added reseller for the TeleForm and LiquidOffice products in the United Kingdom since 2004. As of January 2018, the company is an OpenText OEM Partner.
2004-present: Software development
The company maintains an active software development programme to meet customer and market needs. Notable software products released include:
* eClinical, for hybrid paper-electronic data capture in clinical trials.
* eCapEx, for automating capital expenditure approval requests.
* eXam, for distributed and centralised exam paper capture, processing and on-screen marking.
2010-present: Business process management solutions
In 2010, ePC announced a partnership with BP Logix and became a value-added reseller for Process Director in Europe.
In 2018, Process Director was named as a ‘niche’ player in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Intelligent Business Process Management Suites’.
