En328tv

en328tv

A cheap hard drive enclosure/video player made in China. This suppose to support NTCS, PAL, and VGA and to be able to play thousands of videos directly from a hard drive.

These items are sold almost exclusively on e-bay. If you are lucky enough to actually get one that works, you might be happy with this device until you can afford something better.

Some of your divx's will play with normal quality. You can not navigate the directory structure of the hard drive, and all only a small part of the filename is shown. To overcome this limitation, use sequential filenames, and print out a listing to keep near your TV.

It is a very cheap hard drive and also the menu is very cheap. If you have more than 100 movies nothing is played. I had a lot of trouble and want to throw it out of the window.

Mine is stuck on PAL but need NTSC. Does anyone wkonw how to switch it to NTSC? Some of these HDD Player have a way to reset by pushing multiple buttons on the remote, I've tried all the buttons but nothing fixes it.

Can someone help me?

Thanks in avance,

Thanks for that, I tried and tried but the vmode doesn't switch it back to NTSC. Sorry that the reply took so long, but I ignored the player for a while and just recently tried searching for info again, but still nothing.

Thanks again for the help,
Dave

Bonjour,
