Emir Üyar

Emir Uyar (born 1983) is a Turkish businessman and the Honorary General Consul of Dominica to Turkey. He serves as the deputy chairman of Permak Group, a diversified private-sector conglomerate in Turkey.
Uyar's personal life has attracted media attention, particularly for his relationship with model Adriana Lima in 2019.
Early life and education
Uyar was born to businessman Selim Uyar and Sevim Uyar. He completed his secondary education at Deutsche Schule Istanbul and earned a bachelor's degree in business and economics from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2006.
Business activity
In 2015, Uyar made a significant investment by acquiring the island of San Clemente in Italy, spanning 68,000 square meters, along with the five-star luxury hotel, the San Clemente Palace Resort. This acquisition was one of the largest investments between Italy and Turkey at the time.
Uyar also holds the position of Honorary General Consul of Dominica to Turkey.
