Elucid Magazine

Elucid Magazine is a New York-based magazine with a readership of about 300,000 and a circulation of about 70,000. It concentrates on lifestyle and fashion and related events.
Background
The magazine is a free publication which is put out four times a year. Approximately 70,000 copies are distributed from around 2000 locations. Ankit Rauniyar is the magazine's founder and creative director and has been with it since 2012.
Events
In the spring of 2013 they covered the 'Bryant Park at CityTech' fashion show which showcased around 80 designs by students and local designers. Later that year they covered the Young Designers Rooftop Runway Fashion Show, held at the Sky Room Rooftop Lounge which overlooked Times Square. In late October 2013, the magazine played a major part in supporting the Masquerade Art Gala which was an event to raise money and awareness for the Freedom Ladder organization. Freedom Ladder is an org that seeks to interrupt a culture that sexualizes children, and stop sex trafficking of children.
In August 2015, the magazine hosted the Miss Nepal US 2015 fundraiser which was held at the New York Society for Ethical Culture building, located at 2 West 64th Street, New York. In September 2015 they were in partnership with the World Fashion Parade, an event showcasing designs from around the world. The Fashion for Peace show was to promote world peace. The event was held at September 25, 2016 at the Gotham Hall, Manhattan, NY.
