Ellen Van Der Hoeven

Ellen van der Hoeven, a protege of Martha Graham came to NYC to work with The Martha Graham Dance Company. Ellen was hand chosen by Martha Graham to join The Martha Graham dance company. Ellen studied at Juilliard on a full scholarship.
The Martha Graham Dance Company toured throughout Europe, the Far and Middle East and brought Contemporary Dance as an Art form to the world.
Ellen married Actor R. They moved to Los Angeles and was promptly courted by Agents and Directors, placing her in several films and TV.
Acting
As an actress, she best known for appearances in TV shows including Bonanza and Hawaii 5-0 and the films The Interns , 1962 and A Woman Under The Influence ,1074 amongst others.
