EWS Global Real Estate Solutions (Elite World Search) is an International Real Estate Marketing company, best known for being the first global real estate networking service and search engine. EWS was launched in 2007 as a division of Bellanicas International, LLC, and was founded by President and CEO Krista Depperschmidt and current Senior VP of Operations, Linda S. Driza, as a means of expanding the reach of real estate professionals around the world, in an effort to minimize the negative effects of declining local housing markets, and unite the global real estate community. Initially created as an international property search engine, the EWS website (www.eliteworldsearch.com) provides real estate search options for residential and commercial property for sale or for rent in 155 countries. However, soon after its inception, EWS began integrating its property search services with social networking capabilities, becoming the first Internationally-targeted real estate network, thereby allowing it’s users to locate and easily communicate with real estate professionals around the world, as well as share and obtain information on various properties listed for sale or rent.
