History 2008 Elika Associates was founded in 2008 by Gea Elika. 2009 Elika is Manhattan’s only firm that represents buyers exclusively, and because of that, as a result of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and the "buyers" credit Elika has had buyers seeking homes anywhere from first time home buyers, to buyers seeking homes from $1 million to $4 million dollars. 2010 Elika launched a Virtual Office Website, after this it increased the numbers of users on their website and also the average time spent on the site by a user. Elika acquired CityCribs.com, During its tenure CityCribs.com was the most popular online housing resource in New York.
