Eklipse Sports Radio is a new British digital radio station serving Central Scotland on DAB , online and syndicated on FM. The station broadcasts a mix of SportsTalk aimed at Scottish sports fans with an AOR music format. Operations The station full service launch is scheduled for October 2013, and test transmissions started on the 29th September 2013 across the Central Scotland area. The station's MD is Spencer Pryor who previously worked as a broadcaster for ILR, ITV and BBC, and the Programme Controller is Bill Young, who previously worked for Real Radio, TalkSport, and was the award winning Programme Controller at Belfast's CityBeat. The station aims to employ about 13 staff and its studios are based at Admiral St, Kinning Park, Glasgow.
