Ed Spear is a British actor based in Japan. Born in Bristol, England, Ed spent many years travelling, modelling and acting in various countries. For example, he was a model for Trevor Sorbie at the 1997 Australian Hair Expo at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour. Ed made his film debut as Bruno the drug dealer in Gaspar Noe's 2009 avant-garde drama Enter the Void. He appeared alongside Paz de la Huerta, Nathan Brown, Cyril Roy and Sara Stockbridge. The film was nominated for a Cannes Palm D'Or at the 2009 Cannes Film Festival . It will make it's North American premier at the Toronto International Film Festival 2009. |
