Eclipsia is a 2008 science fiction space opera novel by co-authors Robert P. Francis and Joleen Bartles. Plot Summary
In the blink of an eye their world was taken from them. For the next four thousand years, the Setiacotions, Kanda, and Remorans, suffered in cruel captivity. Under the greedy oppression of the Lam Warons, they endlessly turned out goods for the entire universe.
Then from out of their confines, Axreal and Jerish make a fantastic escape to all that remains of their devastated world. They set out hoping to be able to survive and along their journey they discover themselves, what it is to have a heart, and they learn that it is not enough to want better just for yourself. Dignity must be returned for all.
Axreal and Jerish must fend off the Baron CreXan, who in his quest for control of Lam Waron Conglomerates may lay final waste to the planet Eclipsia. By not succumbing to his elaborate and sinister ruse, Axreal and Jerish save themselves from certain death and take CreXan hostage. Aboard CreXan's elaborate floating resort, Jerish enters instructions that reprogram the Setiacotions, Kanda, and Remorans and in doing so Jerish sets their entire world on a course toward freedom.
Good and evil clash, powers shift, and the universal economy hangs in the balance!
