eBillMe.com is an online payment service run by Canadian company MODASolutions. Whereas most services are based on the traditional credit card system, eBillMe does a direct transfer from the consumer's bank account and then pays the merchant. This is facilitated through the use of the common Bill Payment systems available through most banks. eBillMe is treated as a payee similarly to that of a utility or other traditional billing institution.
