</ref> is a Kosovo Albanian-born British business executive, former singer, and investor. He is the father of singer-songwriter, Dua Lipa. Early life Lipa is originally from Kosovo but left Pristina in 1992. He is the son of a historian, Seit Lipa (?-1999), who was the head of the Kosovo Institute of History. Career Lipa is a former singer in a former Kosovar rock band named, Oda. Lipa is the founder and CEO of Republika Communications Agency, he organized an international music festival called Sunny Hill Festival (along with his daughter, Dua) in 2018, and works with a charity organization called Sunny Hill Foundation. Personal life In 1995, Lipa married Anesa Lipa, an entrepreneur and works with tourism. The couple have three children. |
