El Poppo de Milkins is a really, really edgy meme created by Mr Milkins, the lover of mashed potato.
It is fair to say that since he came out with "El Poppo de Party", his career has flourished, including pigeons, parasols, passports and penguins into the mix. His first public performance was on a ferry from Calais to Dover where he amused about 16 of his most amazing friends and the crew aboard the ferry. People laughed, Milkins laughed, and everyone had a very very good time.
He plays a brass instrument known as the tuba for all you musical muggle folk and he is the best at it, there is no one better at the tuba than him because he is El Poppo de Milkins.
It is rumoured that El Poppo de Milkins (also known as 'The Mighty') is an ancient being, who spent many years as a Hermit in Java, perfecting the craft of the Tuba; playing; improving the instrument itself, the range and tone; and writing repertoire. Tragically, this music has been lost to the annals of time.
Amongst the folklore surrounding the Mighty Milkins, persists the myth that He also spent his time studying the art of the Tuba perfecting his unique and renowned comic skills. However, this myth has - of course - been proven to be false. As we all know, El Poppo de Milkins was born (if indeed he was born) with innate comic timing, a plethora of the most amazing one-liners and a cultural understanding that transcribes borders and race. This enables Milkins (as he can be called by a select few) to be fantastically funny in any country in the world.
The Birth of Comedy
Mr Milkins has always held the key to comedy, for he is comedy itself, there is no doubt about it, however, when he was born it was buried deep within. Of course, elements of this comedy was expressed in short one-liners in previous years. These one-liners grew in frequency and Mr Milkins started to embrace the meme as years passed, although it was when he was 18 and 5 months that he gained full use of his comedic genius within.

As soon as he spouted this glorious line, everyone knew that he was the chosen comedian. It was beautiful and people were crying, balling their eyes out, with laughter. He looked around for he did not realise just how amusing it was. In short words, it was hilarious. He had embraced his inner comedian like a true meme wizard.
