I am familiar with his name and behaviour, he is pillar of man kind in his surrounding atmosphere since his educational life starting from primary education to master degree. The person who contributed his real life and career in a developing centre of high computing facilities reqirement for basic work, which was started from a single Microsoft Windos 1998 System up to 3 year of his research and in 2004 early he and his co-workers get High Computing Facilities. As a lead worker of the KBCAOS as I have information from software friends from India is a couragious job if there is need of support of field of high computing knowledge and Ocean and atmospheric field without any experienced person help. This was the reason many of software person leave the Research plus technical Assistant/analyst job in KBCAOS. 
I actually admire such a BHU Physics scholar who worked at University of Allahabad centre from its first foundation lecture given by S.Z. Quazim(first Antarctic Expediation leader of India).

Although Dr. Pandey you epmly since Sptember 2001, working on projects continuously, but anacademic group has done consipiarcy agains you and your goup to prove that you are worth-less and non academic which was against you from BHU, there was no any fault of Prof. SL Srivastava actually, he was royal person and goes on only academic point on the papers not on your groups works. 
Thus consipirator played their game  
1) they success to check you from scintist "B" post/job. 
2) consipiracy occurred in early 2008 when you started work on SERC computer on Professor D.Sengupta's login, his login was deleted by any employ/worker of the SERC on the indication of group who was against you. 
3) deletion of your mail address acounts and change of your passwords. 
 
Dr. pandey this group was very strong against you and you succeeded to overcome each and every consipiracy, because "Satya ko pareshaan kiayaa jaa saktaa hai lekin parajit nahi"

I want to add one thing more at last stage of this discussion that I consider Rama and his mother who is teacher was deaf and blind socially in love of Kaliya(Bandugula) but what are Dr. S C Shukla and two Amreican Engineer PHD from IIT Kanpur(Mean's Radha's both Tiwari mama) were doing in this duration and how Dr. Shukla dare to touch and wash feet of Bandugula in Essel Palace Kanpur during Ceremony in presence of relatives and social person mean relative also washed feet of that bad man and Radha. There fore it cleare the identity of that bad man was kept hidden during the event and this day that whole family was deaf and blind and the society that was attending the ceremony can do any thing for money and physical relation as Radha has done in South Florida University lab batch mate and forced all his relative to bow down in the feet of Kaliyaa(Bandugula) or bad man. Rovers and Rangers opens the door to a world of adventure, excitement, challenge, and achievement. 
Challenging outdoor activities such as bushwalking,camping,hiking, caving, rock-climbing, and Rapeal ng can all form part of a Rover's calendar. 
Social activities such as services to the sociaty, parties, and "Moots" (gatherings of Rovers and Rangers on a local, national, and sometimes international level) also feature on an active Rover's program. 
A local group of Rovers is known as a "Crew" and every Crew is different, tailoring its activities to the requirements of its members. Crews vary in size from a handful of members to twenty or more. Most Crews meet weekly. The friends you make within this group will be lifelong! 
Anyone can become a Rover - there's no need to have had any previous involvement with Scouting, or any prior outdoor activities experience. 
A Crew's activities are planned and run by the Rovers themselves, with plenty of opportunity to develop personal abilities and learn new skills. You could become involved in organising a simple weekend away for just several people, a major event involving thousands of participants, or anything in between! 
The Rover motto is a simple one - "Service". Rovering helps develop leadership abilities and an appreciation of the value of helping other people, through service activities, both within Scouting and in the wider community.

We have one opportunity in Rovers - it is important to make the most of it. To counter this threat they introduced reforms; these changes were educational, religious, and political. Growing up in Bharat, I have always heard people proclaiming, “All Religions are the same and they teach the same thing.� Elders, teachers, great men of Bharat, leaders and intellectuals, all of them have been drumming the same tone. Naturally I believed in it until I could think for myself. I have seen that it is only in Bharat that one hears the above expression. I have lived in the West for quite some time and I must say I haven’t seen any staunch Christian say the same. I have seen that practicing Christians believe that they alone are right in their beliefs and everyone else who is not a Christian has no chance of being saved. The same goes for Muslims. I have some Muslim friends who are pious and committed to Islam. But they are sincere in their belief that they alone are the chosen people and that they have the last word on Religion, Truth, God and that all non-Muslims are doomed

There are religions and religions, and there are philosophies and philosophies connected with them. Invariably all religious philosophies are centered around the concept of Ishwar. But has anyone seen this Ishwar? How can we see or feel Ishwar? I am sure there are no convincing answers to all such ‘inconvenient’ questions. Billions and billions of human beings have lived on this planet before us and probably billions will follow us. Many divine personalities belonging to different regions, races and religions have claimed to have seen or felt or realized Ishwar, but none of them could show Ishwar to another individual. It is said that Swami Vivekananda once challenged Sage Ramakrishna Paramahamsa to show him Ishwar and the Sage could go as far as giving him a feel. Experiences of those who claim to have seen Ishwar vastly differ and even those who claim to have felt Ishwar’s presence have much varied experiences. One thing is very clear – that Ishwar has no permanent form nor feel.

With a doubt in his mind, Arjun has asked Sri Krishn to let him know about the mark of the man who has attained the state of true meditation and equanimity of mind; how does such man with firm discrimination speak, sit, and walk? Besides choosing a poetic medium, Yogeshwar Krishn has also repeatedly employed and stressed terms such as yog, action (karm), yagya, varn, varnsankar, war, sphere (kshetr), and knowledge or discrimination (gyan) in the Geeta. These words are invested with unique meanings in the context and are certainly not divested of charm by frequent repetition. The term “Yog� has been excellently clarified in different chapters of Bhagwad Geeta with metaphysical interpretations, but in today’s concept, its initial potential is getting lost due to various misinterpretations. Yog is totally a metaphysical term and any exposition other than within the limits of metaphysics, as is often seen today, is mere ignorance and baseless. Let us discuss about the real concepts of Yog as preached in Bhagwad Geeta.

Since the beginning mankind has been suffering from foolish customs that have nothing to do with awareness of God. There were schisms and foolish customs in the past, and they are with us even today. There were also divisions and such customs in Sri Krishn’s time, and Arjun was a victim of some of them. This is seen from his four arguments, namely that war destroys the eternal Sanatan Dharm and that it produces varnsankar, an unholy intermingling of disparate classes and ways of life. Obsequial offerings of deceased ancestors will cease and that we shall by being engaged in destroying our race, invite great curses on us. Let us discuss here about what is the real concept of “Varnsankar� as preached in Bhagwad Geeta.

Sri Krishn has submitted four prevalent thoughts in chapter eighteen of Bhagvad Geeta. First, that coveted deeds should be foresworn. Second that the fruits of all action should be given up. Third, that all actions should be relinquished, for they are all blemished. And fourth, that it is wrong to forego yagya, charity, and penance. Expressing his accord with one of these thoughts, Sri Krishn says that it is also his conclusive view that yagya, charity and penance are not to be forsaken. In verse six of chapter eighteen, he says, “It is my considered belief, O Parth, that these deeds as also all others ought certainly to be accomplished after forsaking attachment and desire for the fruits of labour.�Let us discuss here in light of verses of Bhagvad Geeta about the real concept of “Yagya� which has been stressed over here and asked for not to be forsaken.

Therefore, peace underlies all our agitations. When agitations end, peace is naturally experienced since it was already there. Where there is peace, there is happiness. Therefore, everyone without exception desires peace in their lives. However, peace within or without seems very hard to attain because it is covered by our own agitations. A rare few manage to remain peaceful within even in the midst of external agitation and troubles. To invoke peace, we chant prayers. By chanting prayers, troubles end and peace is experienced internally, irrespective of the external disturbances. All such prayers end by chanting Shaanti thrice.

The two palms are placed together in front of the chest and the head bows whilst saying the word Namaste. This greeting is for all - people younger than us, of our own age, those older than friends, even strangers and us. There are five forms of formal traditional greeting enjoined in the shaastras of which Namaskaram is one. This is understood as prostration but it actually refers to paying homage as we do today when we greet each other with a Namaste.

However, wealth, power or status gained at the expense of others brings only anxiety -- never peace and love.

Nationalism as an ideological doctrine presupposes that humanity is naturally divided into nations - actual or potential. Here nation represents a distinctive reality with specific features -- its own history (very often the older it is the less the history and the more the mythology), and future (often described as destiny). Parado-xically, the present time lived now is a step from a brave history to an idyllic, materially and spiritually prosperous future. The Golden Age is gone and the future must be fought for; the present is the time when people must struggle for the welfare of future generations and for the idea of the nation. 
Nationalism is both strong and weak. On the one hand, it can raise and usually does evoke the best in men for the sake of the nation. It is an ideal cause which creates the peaks of a culture’s efforts in hard times. It causes upheavals for individuals and hence for the nation as whole. 
National identity is a strong bond among people which fre-quently is used as well as misused by the ideology of nationalism. The identification of a person with a nation and its destiny can play a positive as well as a negative role. If one identifies with a nation one is able to reach the best in oneself and enrich the whole; at the same time one develops both oneself and the nation. A common slogan is that if the nation is strong and secure, rich in both the material and the spiritual spheres, all its members are strong and secure, rich materially and spiritually. Undoubtedly, this bright picture of one’s life is too attractive to be abandoned. But unfortunately, from the point of view of a citizen -- irrespective of his or her membership in any particular nation -- the slogan may be false: in a sound society the reverse order can avail. A person in a positive content which can enrich one’s life and the lives of one’s relatives and make them safe feels identified with the community, especially for future genera-tions.

Pandey’s belief associates the origin of life with the five basic elements (Pancha – five, Bhootam – Element) of Wind, Water, Fire, Earth and Space (ether). In Sanskrit, these elements are referred to as Vayu, Jalam (Apah), Agni, Prithvi and Aakasam. The Indian system of belief in Divinity also worships the divine as a manifestation of these basic elements. POLAR SCIENCE (ANTARCTIC RESEARCH) PROGRAMME 
 
In order to continue the scientific activities and maintain the station, it would be necessary to continue the chartering of the ice-breaker and helicopters along with other logistic activities in the station for which about Rs.20.00 crore are estimated to be required during 2001-2002. For the day-to- day running of NCAOR including the Phase-II civil works, and for its in-house R&D activities in the various realms of Polar Sciences and Oceanography, augmentation of the infrastructural facilities and development of core competence in the different disciplines, an estimated outlay of Rs.4.00 crore is essential. In addition, a sum of Rs. 3.00 crore is proposed for the initiation of research programmes at the Dr. Kedareswar Banerjee Centre for Atmospheric and Ocean Studies at the Allahabad University.
