Doyen Capital LLP is a London based in-house transaction company.
The Doyen Group owned Rixos Hotels a luxury international hotel chain,which found by Fettah Tamince (including Rixos Al Nasr);
There are 22 Rixos hotels in Turkey,Kazakhstan,UAE,Georgia,Croatia,Egypt,Libya,Ukraine,Azerbaijan.
Sembol Construction, a Turkish construction company found by Tamince and T. Aytekin Gültekin;
Efir Energy a Polish oil service provider .
Timucin Kaan is the managing director and head of Istanbul office.

It was an idea of Portuguese Nelio Lucas to create this investment fund and key people are Spanish international ex player of Atletico Madrid Juanma Lopez and Mariano Aguilar also ex player of Atletico Madrid .
Today Doyen Sports is the most established private fund investing in the football sector,providing an alternative source of financing for famous football clubs such as Atletico Madrid,Sevilla,Porto,Benfica,Sporting de Lisbon or sponsoring like Getafe and Sporting Gijon.
The Malta incorpated Doyen Sports Investments Limited has started its activity by funding the transfer of Radamel Falcao from Porto to Atletico Madrid,in August 2011,spending 11.500.000 pounds which was almost the 36% of the total amount needed for the buyout clause of Falcao (32.000.000 pounds)
The agreement provided that Atletico Madrid will been paying the amount borrowed from Doyen Sports in 4 installments and for every installment that would not be paid,the Doyen Sports Investements would take one third of the economic rights of Falcao.
Atletico Madrid has already paid 2 installments and has another two to pay.
Also bought one-third economic rights of Eliaquim Mangala and Steven Defour from F.C. Porto for €5 million in December 2011. In the summer transfer window, the group funded S.L. Benfica to buy Dutch footballer Ola John, for 9.000.000 euros which Doyen held 80% economic rights. (the ratio is disputed as Benfica disclosed that it holds 50% economic rights )
It also funded Sporting Clube de Portugal with 900.000 euros to buy Zakaria Labyad and 3.500.000 euros to buy Marcos Rojo, which Doyen also held 35% and 75% economic rights respectively. In Spain, Alberto Botía and Geoffrey Kondogbia went to Sevilla F.C. with the aid of Doyen (2.500.000 euros for Botia and 1.500.000 euros for Kondogbia)
Sevilla and Doyen formed an equal partnership on Kondogbia's contract (fifty-fifty).
On 23 January 2013, the group signed 50% of spending 1.500.000 euros to buy him from Vojvodina.
On 1 September 2012 Doyen became one of the sponsor of Sevilla F.C. which appeared on the left sleeve . Previously, Rixos Hotels, a subsidiary of the group, was the shirt sponsor of Atlético Madrid in the second half of 2011-12 La Liga (Getafe, Levante, Rayo, Espanyol, Betis, Real Sociedad, Málaga and Villareal) Doyen did not sponsor the match against Real Madrid C.F., which was sponsored by Huawei; In the first half, Doyen was the co-sponsor along with Kyocera against Granada CF.
In 2011-12 season the group also sponsored Getafe CF and Sporting de Gijón.
In 2012-13 La Liga season, Doyen Group sponsored Getafe and Sevilla appearing on the left sleeve of their kit.
On April 29 2013,Doyen Group has launched a cooperation with Simon Oliveira and Matthew Kay creating a new global private equity fund in sport and entertainment,named Doyen Global,a subsidary of private investment fund Doyen Group.
Simon Oliveira is a key strategist in David Beckham’s team managing the star’s communications and image strategy for nearly nine years. At XIX he also worked across the management of Lewis Hamilton and Andy Murray.
Matthew Kay is one of the leading professionals in sports marketing. At CAA, Matt managed the commercial strategy of global sports stars Cristiano Ronaldo and Jose Mourinho amongst others. Prior to that, Kay was commercial director of football at IMG.
On May 31 2013,Brazilian soccer star Neymar has signed an image rights agreement with sports investment group Doyen Global.
“Our primary focus in the first stage will be on building Neymar’s profile in Asia, where we believe there is real potential for growth,” Oliveira, managing director of Doyen Global, told Bloomberg.
“The next few years are pivotal in his career and we are honoured to be working alongside him.”
The London-based firm will seek new sponsors and partners for the 21-year-old outside of Brazil until 2017.
