Double stomp

The double stomp is a footstomp with both legs. It was invented by Stian Hebjerk in the band Afflicted Creation. It is used in the metal genre by vocalists and guitarists to show where a riff starts. You do the double stomp by lifting your right leg clockwise uppwards and at the same time you jump with your left leg moving counter-clockwise.
History
The double stomp started out as a joke, but progressed to be the signature move by the vocalist in Afflicted Creation. The move is used in the song "Dissolve" by the same band. It was an accident which lead to the move being what it is today.
