Donald Tyson

Donald Tyson (born 12 January 1954) is a Canadian author of modern occult literature who has built a system of magic which delves into complex areas of the occult such as Enochian magic and sexual union with spirits. Tyson was born in Halifax County, Nova Scotia and still lives there today. A prolific writer, he declines to appear at seminars or conventions and prefers to spend his time at his home working on his next project. He remains one of the more accessible writers of the occult, with his writing encompassing a wide range of subject matter. He also writes novels. An excerpt of Tyson's Ritual Magic was included in Liber Malorum - Children Of The Apple (2007), edited by Sean Scullion. Tyson has written a version of H.P. Lovecraft's fictional book Necronomicon: The Wandreings of Alhazred, and has published other Necronomicon related works. As such, they are entertainment, and not serious occult books.
