Don 2 - The Chase Continues

Don 2 is a 2010 Indian crime action thriller film, directed, co-written and co-produced by Farhan Akhtar. Background With Akhtar having commitments for 2009, filming on Don 2 is slated to begin September 2010. The film is set as the sequel to the award-winninhg 2006 film Don - The Chase Begins Again, itself a remake of the 1978 Indian cult film Don. Members of the original cast from of the previous film, Shahrukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Arjun Rampal, Boman Irani, Om Puri and Isha Koppikar among others, are expected to return to reprise their award-wining roles for this sequel. In August 2009 Farhan Akhtar and his partner Ritesh Sidhwani returned from location scouting in Europe. While Don - The Chase Begins Again was shot in Malaysia, writer Akhtar has expanded Don's criminal activities and Don2 will be shot in several European locations, including London, Germany and Ireland.
