DogsOnAcid.com is a large Internet Message Board based in UK, with over 80,000 members . The forum is primarily used for communication around Drum and Bass Music, and music production techniques. Affectionately known as 'DOA', the forum began life as the "Bad Company" message forum, by DJ Fresh (Dan Stein) and in 2001 become DogsOnAcid.com. DOA is owned by stakeholders: Grooverider, Fresh, Adam F and Sacha Cohen (not Sacha Baron Cohen). Key volunteers include Ben 'XO' Isaacs, Jeryl Wilton, Dimi 'Timid' Ironmonger, Laura 'DJ Camo' Pacheco and a team of volunteer community moderators. DogsOnAcid.com members are the creators of a number of Internet memes, including the term 'hin'. in 2007 Pendulum left the forum with a memorable post in the name of "ok...time to clear things up / sign-off" |
