is a Long Island-based men's league hockey team, playing in the Suffolk County Hockey League. With six seasons logged in the SCHL, District 5 won the Winter 2016 Divisional Championship, while finishing in 2nd place in the Summer 2016 season, as well as being a top-seeded team in three of the six seasons.
In the Fall 2016 Roster, the following players were in the Standing position: Mike Micara, Anthony Micara, Brian Keating, Mike Connors, Mike Caraturo, Dan Werner, Anthony Sirico, Ethan Finlay, Tom Eilers, Joe Rosenbaum, Tom Abruzzo, Roy Mawhinney. Joe Micara, Shaun Gearrity and Pete Gugliotta were in the Kneeling position and Bobby Ackerman was Pad Standing.
