Dinesh Victor (born August 5, 1971) is an Indian entrepreneur and educationist focused on skill development programs for children. He has been involved in initiatives that promote educational enrichment and employment opportunities, particularly for women. Through SIP Academy, He has led initiatives to support underprivileged children in India by offering free educational programs. In 2022, the organization pledged support for the education of over 1,000 needy children. Early life and education Victor is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He later pursued a career in education entrepreneurship. In 2021, he was listed as the proposer for a candidate in the IIT Bombay Alumni Association Board of Directors election, as part of his engagement with the alumni network. Awards and honours * Asia Education Summit (2015): SIP Academy India was awarded for its contribution to skill development programs for children in India. * Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam International Award (2024): Presented to Victor in Dubai for his leadership of SIP Academy India. * Limca Book of Records: Under his leadership, SIP Academy India received multiple entries for organising large-scale educational competitions for children across India.
