Dina Haddadin

Dina Haddadin is an architect and a growing self-taught visual artist, living and working in Jordan. Her art is a reflection of our everyday life by capturing the city streets, highlighting the marginalized identities of our time and conversing with the aura of the image.
Dina uses combination of common raw materials of the everyday life, the traditional Arabic coffee in her paintings and the ordinary founds on the city streets to create her pieces adding new dimensions to the objects, breaking away from the traditional idea of the picture space, examining notions of perception and creativity in art making with emphasis on exploring the relativity of space, both conceptual and physical.
Dina born in 1983 finished her B.A. architecture degree in 2006. Her first group exhibition was in 2001, and currently working on her first solo exhibition. She won international art awards from Egypt, China and France. In 2008 she attended the School of Visual Arts in New York City, and she was guided under great artist such as Ofri Cnaani ,Bruce Waldman , Ira Richer and Shirley Irons.
