Dima Zales

Dima Zales (born January 23, 1978) is a science fiction and fantasy author. He is best known for his book The Sorcery Code and also coauthored the three-book series The Krinar Chronicles with his wife, Anna Zaires.
Education
Dima Zales was born in Donetsk, Ukraine January 23, 1978. He now resides in Palm Coast, Florida. Dima attended the City University of New York Brooklyn College, completing a bachelor of science and a bachelor of arts in computer science and psychology. He earned his Masters degree in computer science in 2009 from New York University Polytechnic School of Engineering.
Career
Zales worked as a software developer in New York before leaving the industry in 2013 to become a full-time writer. Zales is married to author Anna Zaires and collaborates with her on all of their works.
Zales now works primarily collaboratively with his wife Anna and together they released the three-book romance series The Krinar Chronicles with Zaires credited as the primary author. The first book, Close Liaisons was published through Mozaika Publications on the 6th October, 2012. to generally positive reviews. The subsequent books in the series Close Obsession (published 21 February 2013<ref name="Mozaika Publications website"/>) and Close Remembrance (published 3 September 2013<ref name="Mozaika Publications website"/>) also received favourable reviews.<ref name="Goodreads"/><ref name="AmazonReview"/><ref name="Marieclaire"/>
Zales also released fantasy-science fiction novel The Sorcery Code on the 14th of December, 2013<ref name="Mozaika Publications website"/> also through Mozaika Publications. The Sorcery code is the first of a 3 part series of the same name. The subsequent books in the series are titled The Spell Realm and The Reign of Sorcery and are still in production.
